At Che Mangi, we prepare and serve food items with care. Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns.
No Returns on Food Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, all food and beverage sales are final. Once an order has been prepared, picked up, delivered, or handed to the customer, it cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We may consider a refund or replacement only in situations such as:
- The wrong item was provided
- An item was missing from the order
- The order was not prepared as confirmed
- There was a clear quality issue reported immediately after receiving the order

Timing for Order Issues
Any issue with an order must be reported on the same day the order is received. Because food quality can be affected by time, storage, and handling after pickup or delivery, we may not be able to review requests made later.
Cancellations
Cancellation rules may depend on the type of order.
For regular food orders, cancellations may not be possible once preparation has started.
For catering, large orders, or special orders, cancellation terms may be provided separately at the time of booking or confirmation.
Third-Party Delivery Orders
If your order was placed through a third-party platform, such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or another provider, refund requests may need to be handled directly through that platform.
Che Mangi may not be able to issue refunds directly for orders placed through third-party services.
